A great central place to stay in Singapore
10.0The rooms are generous and extremely comfortable. The food was excellent, and the cocktails by the pool were fabulous! The pool has a great vibe, and the best view!
− They were short on staff at the restaurant. Two people were trying to do all the work themselves, when the restaurant was full. Staff were working really hard. An extra person would have helped things flow.
A beautiful hotel, great facilities and superb staff
10.0The property is super central near all the great shops. The pool was fantastic as was the room. Beautifully designed and appointed.
− There was building work happening from 8am to 8pm. We were not informed about this when we booked. We asked to move rooms to be away from the noise which the hotel accommodated.
Overpriced for what you get.
6.0The location is good a short walk to Orchard Road and the Botanical Gardens. The room were ok, if not a little tired.
− There is a construction site next door which operates all day, this has been going on for over 1year and will into the future. No one told us prior to booking, this would have influenced our decision. It was way overpriced for what it was, we were told the hotel is 3years old but looks older and needs TCL. We requested tap water for dinner but was told we had to buy bottled water instead. There is only powered milk in the room, so you have to ask for milk at the restaurant at breakfast.
