10.0Location, Location, Location! Excellent experience all around at this lovely apartment on the Homer Spit. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops and tours, on the waterfront and close to town! Fully equipped and lovely.
Comfortable stay.
9.0Located out on the strand and was great for getting to early morning fishing trip for the grandkids. Very comfortable, great view of the water and otters playing in the water. Great to walk on the beach here. Quiet. Kitchen was nicely appointed, but still located close to restaurants by the harbor, and a reasonable drive back to Homer downtown for more choices.

10.0It was a one-of-a-kind experience being right on the ocean. We had a storm which was a little frightening but once it was done it was incredible to have gone through
We would definitely stay here again-we enjoyed it and it was a great birthday gift.
8.0We loved the location and being able to have the windows open and look at and hear the ocean all night! It was very comfortable and the kurig made it nice for hot tea/ coffee. The smores kits were super cute as well(:
− There was not a balcony attached to the room like the pictures suggested and the listed amenities suggested-however it is a short walk to a pretty private deck you can use or you can walk down to the beach very easily.
