Nothing to even have a drink , except a kettle - no coffee , tea bags or milk. A portable radiator that did not work and

1.0Location was great
− Upon arrival at the property, I was immediately struck by a strong and unpleasant smell. I then discovered rotting chicken in the fridge dated 2 January. In addition, all of the kitchen equipment was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned following the previous guests’ stay. The towels provided for the shower were exceptionally thin and barely usable. To make matters worse, when I returned from dinner later that evening, I was confronted by rats at the front door of the property. Overall, the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable and fell well below a reasonable standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
