Below average the fit out was very cheap
1.0− The code instructions were terrible we were stuck outside in bad weather until a passer by helped us. Once in the building we had to climb stars to the lift which wasn't working and then up aflight of stairs to the apartment Then a stupid 9 Digit code for the apartment but no instructions on what to press after putting in the code. Another frustrated tenant helped us. When we left there was No Concierge and No Left luggage. We had to be out of the apartment by 10am sharp or we would automatically get billed by the hour. We had to book another Hotel so that we could leave our luggage there as our flight home was not until 10pm. MESSAGE to Booking.Com I strongly suggest you remove these types of accommodation that do not have people to at least check you in and out and do not prob=vide left luggage from your website
Nice apartment with a few hiccups
5.0Nice apartment with the facilities and location to suit us for 3 nights.
− Downside of location is the absence of restaurants etc over weekend as the apartment is in a business area. Apartment had not been cleaned on arrival at 4pm. Cleaners arrived after contacting booker and left about 5.30 with later delivery of towels. Compensation was mentioned but has not been forthcoming so far. No tea towels are provided so take them if you are booking. Sink plug in ensuite stuck on first use making it unusable for the rest of our stay. I did report it and said to leave the repair until we vacated as we didn't want the hassle of someone attending during our stay. Overall the accommodation is good, but the hassle about cleaning left a bad taste after a long journey down from Scotland and it disrupted our plans for the evening of arrival as we had a meal and show booked and had a rush losing 1 1/2 hours of precious time.
