Hot and wouldn’t go back
3.0So I was running the Boston marathon and location and street parking was good
− That it’s a shared house and nothing at point of booking stated this. I was the only female staying with the rest men which didn’t bother me until I realised my room key fit the front door… which ment the other room keys would fit mine…. The heating system was mental. 25 degrees when you need sleep and not to sweat wasn’t brilliant. I tried to turn off a few times but it kept rising back up. Given what I paid to stay I was disappointed. No chair in room so ment I ate my tea on my bed which yes I know there was a communal table I didn’t feel comfortable to do this at night.

6.0The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment which i had travelled there to attend. Not impressed !! The room was absolutely fine, but the helpline left a lot to be desired unfortunately.
