10.0Nice residential area with balcony overlooking a private golf course. Though we couldn't play the course, we enjoyed its restaurant. Staff was personable and helpful. Left snacks out during the day and had a specialty coffee machine. No elevator.

10.0Great location close to restaurants and the Cottonwood mall, where we parked to attend the balloon fiesta. Beautiful views, it is on a golf course so you need to take that into account as they have signs park at your own risk. We didnt have any problems.

10.0This place was just simple, clean and has a great location. So peaceful. The place was full and you wouldn’t even know it. The price is high enough per night that it keeps the riff raff out. It was just great!
