10.0Absolutely stunning lodge- like a home from home- has everything you need whether it’s for a night or a week! Loved the space in the home- and the little touches the owners have thought of that make it feel very homely. Lovely winding verandah decking- had weather been a bit nicer/warmer whilst we were there, would have been lovely to have sat on the decking as overlooked a stunning little pond area where they were ducks with baby ducklings, and we even were graced by two beautiful white peahens! It really is in a beautiful location and surrounded by nature which gives little choice but to try and relax- being disabled it can be difficult to manoeuvre around but this lodge did not have that issue - we absolutely loved it.
− There was not anything to dislike - only thing would have liked in ideal world was a ramp to get to decking especially with mobility scooter/walker but we parked it up outside and covered it and was all good. Maybe a little screening around the inside of the decking purely as we had two small dogs and they wanted try see if they could get through the railings! But nothing that couldn’t be sorted and it was great to watch the ducks in the water through it.
