Surreal in a bad way
1.0I never got the chance to see the property, as my reservation was canceled at the last minute
− The owner canceled my stay at 8:00 p.m. by sending me a private message instead of handling it through Booking.com, claiming that my room had been given to someone else and that the hotel was fully booked. I was told to go to a nearby hostel that I had never seen or agreed to. Because it was already so late, Booking.com would not let me cancel without losing my money, leaving me with no real choice but to accept the alternative accommodation or pay for another hotel myself. This was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend staying here
