9.0We had a wonderful stay at Secana Resort & Spa. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the gym, sauna, spa, and the convenient shuttle service. The à la carte breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality meals. The staff were consistently responsive, friendly, and courteous, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

1.0DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL This is to inform all of u guys that i have made a booking at secana beachfront hotel thru booking.com from 13th july to 16th july 2026 which later i extend it to 17th july 2026 from hotel. on 17 july 2026 upon check out i found out that 2800 usd and 1 million indonesian rupiah were stolen from my room safety deposit box. My room # was 405 . I want booking.com to help me recover my financial loss from the hotel because it has completely ruined our holiday experience in bali. I have filed a complain report to hotel and also filed official police report to police station. POLICE REPORT ATTACHED
Great property - better than photos suggest, especially the gym and pool.
9.0The gym was absolutely fantastic. Undersold if anything during the booking process, it looks small on the photos. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were lovely.
− Aircon was harsh - even on the lowest setting it made us feel groggy and a little ill in the mornings.
Wonderful Stay and the staff was the icing on the Cake.
