10.0Loved the serene and peaceful vibes of the property. The highlight, though, was the hospitality—especially from the manager, Lorence. I was stuck trying to get to Pelling with no shared cabs running until the following morning. Lorence literally saved the day by driving me all the way there on his scooty.

Cozy space to spend good time and meet amazing people.

− Washrooms can be more furnished and maintained. Please provide hot water for shower.
Unappealing place to stay
3.0The attic room was quite nicely built, and the fire pit was nice at night to keep you warm
− Location was too far from town and looked over 2 old decrepited buildings, so an unattractive outlook. It was an austere looking block style building, that looked like it was from the old eastern block states. No atmosphere at all, felt cold and uninviting. Restaurant was at the back, no view, with limited and over priced food.

− You absolutely hear everything. Especially after 10 two evenings a group was loudly partying till in the night. Loud music,etc.Not done! One other night a group of newcomers?were loudly talking and making noise till early morning 3 am. Its not good staff allows that. Whatever happens above you or below sounds loud and clear. I think partying should not be allowed and latecomers should be quiet after 10.30 or so.In order not to disturb others. Its the only reason I would not come again.

9.01. Shared cabs directly pick and drop at this place, rare but amazing. 2. Location is very peaceful and nice. 3. Bonfire is amazing along with quality time you spend here and food is also good. 4. People who maintain this property are very kind.

- Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
