− Room was too hot, small and wardrobe was worn out.

− Everything. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were very thin and smelt weird. Nasty marks over the windows! There was some form of cover hanging up in the wardrobe that smelt so bad we couldn’t even put our bags in there. This place can only be described as a bed in a house share that’s being rented out on here. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room and no TV. Like I said, just a basic bed and half the cupboards locked! Dirty, smelly and horrible.

3.0the location was good for our stay and parking was available on the drive of the property, self check in process fairly easy
− only one towel provided for 3 people, dirty bathroom, missing floor tiles, really creaky floor, broken furniture, really steep, narrow & dark stairs to access room and a funky mouldy like smell in the room
Needs Better Care and Attention
7.0The location was nice, and the price was worth it. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and everything was explained to me via email.
− The wooden stairs to the top floor were narrow and steep. They made noise when we stepped on them, and one patch of plywood on the stairs created an unusual sound. Carrying a baby up to the room through these stairs was quite a difficult task. Underneath the bed was not clean; there was dust along with leftover plastic forks and even a fidget spinner. The top part of the bedside table was loose and not properly nailed.
