2.0We checked out early hotel was not up to standards and we are waiting for refunds to start

8.0The place is beautiful, but at least this time; we stayed at the Marinero Suite; the place it’s not bad but has a few details; the microwave doesn’t work; the coffee maker was too small; the inside pool doesn’t have water drains; electric plugs are literally on the air over the kitchen (seems dangerous but actually they work 😅); few towels for guests and blanket on the beds. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to stay. Personally I recommend Villa Cangrejo, has better amenities.

10.0My stay was amazing! Not only was the staff extremely attentive, everything was so clean and my villa was so nice! They had the AC ready for us when we got there. The food was great, I highly recommend
