The entire experience was wonderful. the weather was perfect and bugs were not an issue. The pool and property was cleaned and refreshing. . We did go up the steep driveway to unload, but there is easy street parking up front we used for the remainder of our stay. The home is literally across the street from steps that go right down to the secluded beach and from there we were able to walk around the beach path onto the other beach with huts and food, beer and surfboards etc. ..we later found that this route isn't always open as its occasionally controlled by another resort. There is another way over by foot that involves ging up a path on the other side of the creek inlet and going up a narrow siewalk between two properties and down a path along a chainlink fence towards the other side. Fun! The sound of an occasional mango dropping from a tree was surprising and finding a few seeds cleaned, possibly by a raccoon overnight was normal. From the house there was a black framed glass door that leads up to yet anther seating area, but it could use some weather strip at the bottom.. as my son was surprised to see a large black scorpion leave out under that gap. My daughter and saw it too but it left before i could take a pic or place a bowl over it. It was very neat to see, but i covred the gap with some black duct tape i had and none were seen again. The olnly minor issues was one bathroom getting low on TP and a curious noise coming from the toilet sanitizer.

La propiedad por foto se ve hermoso pero por dentro la propiedad como que estaba olvidada y la piscina estaba sucia y había un ratón muerto y una familia de mapaches mi familia no podía salir y muchos zancudos claro hasta después funigaron no vale la pena la verdad no la recomiendo jamás estoy arrepentido de aver rentado algo tan caro y en tan mal estado que estaba la propiedad las ventanas no servían las camas habían telarañas y arañas bueno súper estresante la estadía en ese lugar tan bello pero como que esa propiedad estaba olvidada

Needs lots of renovations pillows are super soft and the beds are hard in general the place has lots of potential to be a great vacation place the owner needs to invest in renovation
