3.0− Overall, our stay at The Kanjeng Signature in Sidemen was disappointing, particularly due to the lack of cleanliness both within the building and its surroundings. Upon arrival, the swimming pool was green and clearly not maintained which prevented us from using it during our stay. Additionally, there was a significant amount of rubbish outside the apartment as can be seen on the pictures. Also, from what we could observe, the hotel kitchen appeared to be in a very unhygienic condition. Inside the room, we encountered several issues : the refrigerator had visible mold around its seals, the air conditioning was not functioning and the toilets were not properly cleaned.
We booked this hotel for five nights but checked out after the first night because the standard was far below what was a

− Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, aucun personnel n'était présent pour nous accueillir. Malgré de nombreux appels et une attente d'1h30, toujours sans nouvelle, nous avons du trouver un autre établissement, car la nuit commençait à arriver. Nous avons largement eu le temps de faire le tour de la propriété, le constat est sans appel : hotel à l'abandon, sans client et sale. Le personnel a fini par nous répondre qu'ils étaient désolés mais lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement total de la réservation, nous n'avons plus jamais eu de nouvelles ! Nous demandons maintenant à Booking de faire le nécessaire afin d'honorer notre demande de remboursement totale, et de retirer cet hôtel à la réservation.

4.0The place was very abandoned and not clean. We could not use the swimming pool as it was dirty, there was no wifi, the staff was never around, the room was dirty, full of insects and i found a cockroach inside my electric toothbrush case which was disgusting and i had to throw it all away. − There was dirt everywhere . Dusty , bugs on the floor , mosquito net was full of dust and bugs. Also a used condom on a staircase to the room . The bedsheets had a dump smell
