10.0Quit location, close to beach, dog friendly, Great communication, easy to book and find. Well equipped property. Short drive to shops, pub on site and a couple more very close by. Pretty much everything you need a short seaside jaunt.
− TV could do with an upgrade! No BBC available, probably due to Ariel issues? Looked like the cleaner didn’t follow all the steps on the list! Only minor things though, still a lot to like about it.

− Caravan very dated, blinds broken in places, cutlery and cooking pans very poor quality, outside deck area cramped with very large uncomfortable garden furniture. Deck very dirty, needs a good jet wash.

8.0The caravan was clean and comfortable on a good site, quiet and close to dog friendly beach, with bar/ restaurant serving excellent quality food. Liked that the caravan had veranda with table and chair and bedding and towels included and extras.
− TV was poor signal struggling to set channels for football! 2nd bedroom tight to manoeuvre in space.
Excellent stay van just needed a bit of tlc
