7.0We forgot to visit the site to view how to arrange parking+where the keys where etc. Never had to do that but will be checking more closely next time. The videos were very very clear, thanks for that.
− 1 broken light and 1 flickering light in the bathroom, and some black mold on the edges of the shower. The rest was very good.
A flat let down by cleaning issues
3.0The location was good for us. Easy transport links. Handy for shopping as a large supermarket is in the building. Gym and pool in the building. Lovely view.
− This didn't feel luxurious. Carpet not hoovered. Dishes in cupboard needed to be washed. Dishwasher has cutlery left in top section. Windows dirty. Tumble dryer full of fluff, water section full. Flickering lights in bathroom. TV had no channels unless I could log into my own account.

4.0I liked the sauna, swimming pool and the view from the balcony
− It's sad, I arrived at the apartment and the furniture was all dirty, full of dust. The floor was not even vacuumed All the dirty dishes in the cupboard The bathroom was all dirty, the balcony had nails on the floor, I think it's disgusting, you can see that no one went there to clean the apartment before our arrival and I don't even know if the sheets were changed, the door downstairs on the street couldn't be opened, the code was marked green but the door wouldn't open It's really sad, even when I arrived at the apartment on the first day, I still vacuumed it, it was really dirty, there was just hair and crumbs on the chairs. the apartment looks chic but in reality it was dirty now in the future I will no longer choose your apartments to stay for a few days if this one was dirty I don't even want to imagine the others I'm sorry but the truth is I was disappointed When we called one of you person that the door outside couldn't open the door. The person on the phone was making me silly. I don't like it and even sad you go to an apartment to rest relax and you still have to vacuum the floor etc.. I'm not complaining to get the money back, I'm complaining because I paid so much and I wasn't well received
