Peaceful getaway in the country
10.0Just returned from a lovely 3-night stay in the shepherd’s hut with my little boy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hut had absolutely everything we needed for some quiet, quality time together – cosy, comfortable, and so peaceful. One of the real highlights for my son was the animals on-site – he loved visiting them each day, and it added a really special touch to the stay. Carol and Don were fantastic hosts – warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. You can really tell they’ve put a lot of thought and care into making the place feel special. Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down, recharge, and enjoy a bit of countryside magic. We’ll definitely be back!
