8.0Staff was wonderful, food and bar was good as well. Great location as I was able to walk to the main tourist sites in less than 30 minutes. Room was clean but the bed was rather hard and the only other chair in the room was an desk chair so I wasn't able to get very comfortable.

6.0El hotel está en buenas condiciones en los primeros 4 pisos. El 5to no ha sido renovado y yo lo calificaría como hotel 2 estrellas para ese piso. Las personas en recepción hacen su trabajo pero no encontré buena disposición para ayudar. Tuve que extender mi estancia un día y me tuvieron que cambiar a una habitación del 5to piso que estaba en malas condiciones. Me cobraron casi lo mismo y me quitaron el beneficio del desayuno (por lo que me cobraron lo mismo que un cuarto en los pisos renovados)
