8.0Our suite was very spacious, and we loved the hotel’s location. It felt very safe and was within walking distance of all the interesting sites in the Old Town. The bed was comfortable. However, the espresso machine in our room appeared not to have been cleaned for days or even weeks, and our shower gel was not replenished during the daily cleaning. While the staff were friendly, they did not come across as very professional.

10.0In the heart of the old town near to all attractions , unique individual hotel . Clean & tidy , no added frills but great value for money . A big chain hotel it isn't but all the better from my point of view .
