2.0I just left the property and would like to give others the heads up before booking this hotel. - The doors to the room are very tricky. You’ll spend a lot of time figuring out how to get in and out of your room. - I paid an upgrade for ‘sea view’ — when I arrived I realized there is no direct sea view from any room. You can see some water from far away between heavy vegetation. All rooms had the same view. - The initial room I checked into had no hot water to take a shower. I brought this up with the hotel and they said all they have is “lukewarm”. In this particular room the AC did not work well. - The hotel moved me to a different smaller room but didn’t want to refund any money. - It is difficult to access the road and it is quite far from El Tunco beach and restaurants. - They do have a beach at the end of street which is full of garbage. The hotel did mention they will hire a company to clean. - Breakfast wasn’t great. - The safe in my room didn’t work. - No phone in the room to contact reception - you’ll have to go downstairs to speak with someone directly. In my opinion, the price per night which is a lot higher compared to other hotels in this area is not a good deal. I will not stay at this hotel again.

8.0We had such a wonderful stay at The Views Resort! The property is modern, clean, and beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. We especially loved the stunning views and peaceful vibe. it truly felt like a perfect escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Salvador, whether for relaxation or adventure. Can’t wait to come back!
