Horrible atay
2.0Very, very bad experience with this hotel. It said there would be aircondition, but there wasn't any individual for the room. Only a ventilation system for all rooms. This was turned off so the room was so hot and claustrophobic. We tried to turn it on, but then the power turned off. The staff said it was not possible to keep the ventilation due to this.

6.0I had a varied experience. The property had changed owners, and they were not expecting me at 4 am. and I did not get a ride from the airport, so arranged it. Luckily I had proof and was given a room, and luckily there was someone there, though not expecting me. This was my entrance to central Asia and difficult. On a positive note, a new manager, Miriam was excellent, and even walked with me to a change machine, so I expect things to vastly improve. thanks
