6.0The night I stayed there was a wedding which made sleep impossible for nearly all of the rooms so I chose one of the few,rooms on the back side. They gave me room 201 which turned out to be a nightmare. The kitchen's exhaust fan is just outside the window. With the window closed it was noticeable but open the window,and it sounded like a jet engine. No hotel should ever have a room like this one. The spring pools are nice but they do play the same music over and over throughout the day. There is no public transport to the hotel but you can take a bus to Koy Tash and the walk is about an hour from there. Overall not great value for the money and as others have mentioned you can only use the pools until 12 on the day of checkout without paying the day fee. It seems a bit unfair.

8.0The room is spacious with a full-size fridge and the spa amenities are fantastic. However, the rooms either do not have air-conditioning or the air conditioning is not strong. We had to change rooms twice to get one that worked. I would encourage this hotel to have a room dedicated to hold luggage for early check-in.

8.0we arrived at the hotel two hours before check-in. They kept our bags behind the desk as they did not have a specified room for luggage. I would encourage them to make one. we went to our room and the AC was not working. The staff was very willing to switch our rooms. However, in the second room, the AC was not working as well so they moved us to the third room. The AC in this room worked, however it was not very strong. The spa amenities are fantastic, especially at night when the air is cool and the pools are warm. There are also saunas and steam rooms as well as an indoor pool. We really enjoyed the spa so we stayed an extra night. The food was very good, especially the free breakfast. The place is clean, but the rooms are basic. It does include a full-size fridge.
