− The shower was faulty the pressure kept going and went from cold to heat every 30s The door knob on the bathroom fell off plus some over door hinges were faulty The dining table was also wobbly.

Not for a family holiday

Communication, and access was excellent. Near the beach. Hairdryer and coat hangers provided.

− Not sure where to start im afraid. The caravan is not big enough to sleep 8 people, we were 2 adults, 4 children and a small dog and we felt like we were on top of each other, the single bedrooms are small but no different from other caravans we have stayed in. The double room well... you only have about 8 inches either side of the bed with shimmy down to get into bed and the rest of the bedroom wasnt much bigger, when leaving I noticed a travel cot under the bed, nice but can only persume it was a joke as where was that going to fit.?! The pull out bed in lounge was awful matteress the same thickness as paper, all the boards under the sofa are too small making the sofa dip in places. Most of the doors didnt stay shut as the catches are broken, the bathroom door was a nightmare not only the catch was broken. it kept opening we had to keep it locked so it didnt keep opening into the already restricted kitchen. The only good thing was that they have replaced the kitchen utensils, as they were clean compared to previous reviews. The shower was terrible it just trickles out so was fun showering 6 people, also nowhere to hang a hand towel. There was broken window handles, curtains was hanging off and unable to close and stains all over the carpet. There was seagull poo all over the side of the caravan and over the windows, I suppose its to be expected when they are nesting on the roof, however the nest is now vacant. There was litter all over the site and it blows everywhere (I know not related to the caravan) just a shame as its a lovely site. Nothing was included with the booking- linen, towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid and club passes which were extortionate. Very disappointing stay.

nice and clean caravan had everything i needed enjoyed my stay for the week lovely site lions Robin hood so much has changed on site well better more facilities for family's more things to do we enjoyed our stay we met up with our friends who live in Ryl
