Great location but the van is very dated and we would not stay in there again

− It was nothing like the pictures (they need updating)… it’s very dated, marks all over the carpet, curtains & sofa. The showers have black mould around them, the shared shower leaked and the door wouldn’t close properly. There was dust on all the small skirtings & behind the doors. It was very difficult to lock the entrance door from the inside & outside. Lightbulbs missing in the double bedroom and light in shared bathroom didn’t work No Hoover, not that we would have used the kitchen due to cleanliness but there was insufficient cutlery/ kitchen equipment to use for the 6 people it should cater for.

6.0top of fridge dirty, toilet and shower not thoroughly cleaned . net curtains in lounge frayed. cups in cupboard dirty and had to clean before use. A lot of stains on carpet. Not worth the money we paid.

5.0The caravan was in a lovely location. The layout of the caravan was lovely and bed linen was clean. Well equipped and spacious.
− The caravan was dusty, tv wasn't working when we got there but was rectified, ensuite shower had tape round it and leaked. Smelt a but fusty.

− Initially, not being told that 5ere was a knack to opening the front door. This was rectified. Lacked personal touches e.g. folder of things linked to/with caravan - helpful addresses and contact numbers, oven trays e.g to cook pizza, enough dishes & cutlery for 6 people
