− Bedrooms are quite small, but it is an older van, not like the modern vans you can hire. But it served its purpose for my 2 night stay with my sister and our 7 yr old Grandsons .

Nice location

− On arrival very strong smell. Unclean work surfaces, wahing up bowl filthy . Needs a good clean by a professional. We left it cleaner when we left .

Great location, but wouldn’t hire the caravan again.

Great location, clear instructions for finding the caravan. Very helpful cleaners going above and beyond and explaining how things worked.

− On arrival on the Thursday evening we discovered we had no hot water. I contacted the agent and was told no one would be able to come that evening so we’d have to wait until the morning. I was told we would have to make do with boiling the kettle until it was fixed. At £60 for the additional night I would expect to have everything we had signed up for. The gas bottle was replaced in the morning at 1115. We had to ask one of the cleaners who happened to be nearby to light the got the boiler for us. There are no working smoke detectors - we found this out as a result of burning some toast. Yes, there are two fitted but they didn’t have batteries in. The response when I raised this with the agent “the guests sometimes take them out.” Isn’t it someone’s responsibility to check them regularly? My husband bought two batteries for them as they weren’t forthcoming from the agent. While trying to get the boiler lit, my husband noticed there was no CO2 detector fitted. On one description of the caravan it says there is; and in the safety inspection done in August 2024 which is inside the door to the boiler cupboard, it was noted that this needed action. The caravan itself is fine. It is aging a bit but was Ok for a short break. We won’t be hiring again. The owner might also like to look at the main door as it was getting more and more difficult to close as it got hotter.

Perfect location. Spacious caravan. We would book this again.

Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for £7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village
