− Not clean , no utensils , no tea towels or oven gloves , no oven dishes or trays , property was not very clean , only one chair and small table outside which chair was broken so not usable , needed updating and a lick of paint scruffy in places .

− Not very comfortable. The place was not very clean at all. They are very quick to make sure that they have your security deposit but they don’t repay it and don’t respond to any communication. I should have checked their reviews as they do this all the time. I don’t know how they get away with this booking.com should remove them from their site.

1.0Had no contact from property owners until I complained to booking.com the day of departure, then was asked for more money from property owner, I. Which time I had already booked a different location as didn't want to be stranded with no nowhere for me and family to stay, lost my money as booking.com will not refund me , said all fees were included, absolutely ridiculous if I had not contacted booking.com I would have had no response from the owners at all
