8.0There were no check in instructions and no way to contact the host through Hotels.com. Office/desk not staffed on the weekend when we finally found someone to contact the host for us, he came right away and said he never received our contact information. We sent an email to ask for host info and never received. Nice place bad check in. Also not hand towels or facecloths provided and 1/2 role of toilet paper. Please make people aware of the limited supplies.

2.0This was such a nightmare. We ordered an airport pickup thru this place too and they never showed. Then we showed up and even though I sent our arrival date and time twice, they were not ready for us. Then the water went out for three nights and they didn’t even tell us why, we had to ask. They offered to bring us a bottle of water, never showed up. I asked for a refund for last two nights and they never gave it. Plus the bed is uncomfortable and the pool icky. You could not pay me to stay here again. Such a joke.
