Just what we needed for 6 friends attending "Blazin' In Biggar" fiddle weekend.
9.0Great location, very private, roomy, had everything we needed.
− The three shower/bathrooms all had extractor fans but one didn't work and the others needed a bit of working out how to turn them on and off. Joyce said she'll deal with this and thanked me for reporting. It wasn't a big problem because it was summer and we could open windows. The TV is streaming only, with a good choice of streaming services, but the selection of remote controls on offer was confusing and could do with some written instructions. Again, Joyce said she would take this on board, and it wasn't a problem as I watched on my tablet instead. The WiFi is good.
Large wooden house
10.0Lovely house just a 5 min drive to the town centre. Very spacious. Lovely big garden. Plenty seating inside. Array off books and swings in the garden.

8.0keys very easy to find -locks a bit tricky.
− It would have been helpful to have clear instructions as to where exactly the property was in amongst the collection on houses. Not easy in the dark.

8.0Beautiful location and views great space for the dogs to run about and secure handed location for Edinburgh host very pleasant and helpful
− We were a little chilly at times in between the heaters coming on however, we were there during a storm. But used the fire as a supplement, which was lovely.
