The villa itself is fantastic, and the service is exceptional, but access to the beach needs work.
8.0Breakfast was great, location was good.
− The access to the beach was poor, no hand rail, and very steep and uneven to the beach, and to navigate the kayaks back up onto the beach. The kayaks need repair so you have a handle to move them. The accommodation is overtop of the beach rather than beach front, where you can easily access the beach. Was disappointed in this, particularly that there was no visual on your marketing, very misleading.
Great holiday, with very comfortable accommodation in a great spot. Amazing view to wake up to.
9.0The space and location were great. Suitable for kids, especially with the use of a private pool. Handy to Muri beach and other amenities close by. Staff were amazing. Very helpful. Would recommend.
− Price is slightly on the high side. But we booked knowing the price and to be fair it was on par with expectations. A few minor issues with phones being down, but the staff did everything to resolve and it was beyond their control. Even gave a complimentary massage for the issues experienced with the phone.
It was a perfect short stay.

− Loved everything could do with a pair of tongs to cook with and would benefit from having snorkeling gear in villa instead of having to collect from office . But really memorable and great place

9.0The location, was isolated from other properties so the beach felt private. Liked that the the villa had a private pool and kayaks were included. The welcome hamper was a nice touch.
