10.0My family stayed on the octopus room. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Location is great for the beach. We will stay here again. Parking is tight for a large suv like we have.
Very small room for six people.
8.0The hotel was clean. The pool was clean and fun to swim in. Six of us rented the condo, and soon found out, while it does sleep 7 people. It only sleeps 3 people comfortably. Three of us chose to rent another room so we all could live and sleep comfortably. It is certainly NOT a condo. It is a small room that fits a pull out couch and small table with a bedroom with three beds. There is nowhere for anyone to sit or relax comfortably. We brought activities for the family to do in the evenings and we couldnt because there was just no room to move in the room.

6.0The description is a little misleading when booking. Condo or a hotel? The units are privately owned and can be booked in various ways....directly, expedia and airb&b. Just some things I did not care for....our unit did not have any hand soap and there was no dead bolt on the door. I had to ask the office for linens for sofa bed and an additional roll of toilet paper. Each time I asked they insisted they were in there in very sepcific loctions of the room. Nope. Also, they gi e you linens for the bed and towels to use but it is up to you to wash them if you want clean ones....so bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets with you. It was a great location and the other guests there were very friendly! I was just a bit dissapointed.

10.0This condo was so homey! I rented out the condo as a group of 6 (it fit 7) and it was a little tight for us — the kitchen was really tiny and it was unclear how many bedrooms there were (only one room fits 5 so one of us was isolated on the sofa couch). But other than that it was super clean, very close to the beach, and the pool was so nice. Also, being only 30 min from Cape May we were able to get dinner there one night which was awesome! I highly recommend!
