I liked the park and the staff at the pub/main house were very friendly

− Pool was very overcrowded. Property was not as spacious as it looked online. The pictures showed a day bed which was replaced by a small kitchen table. Also we , myself and four young boys were unceremonious ushered out before checkout and someone (not sure if they were a pair of cleaners or new guests or owners) arrived. We had little to no time to pack and my children were still wet from the pool. From from ideal on a cold December day. Many items like charges and leads were left behind as there was no time for me to properly pack and simultaneous dress my children with these people huffing over me even though it was still quite early in the morning

− Could not get into the property and had to book alternative accommodation. Terrible property owner he was not contactable and did not provide the code in adequate time.

Location was great, site perfect. Easy to get to

− 6 of us and only 4 chairs around the table. Kitchen sink so blocked couldn’t wash up properly. Plug didn’t fit but didn’t matter as the water didn’t drain. Both showers ranged from scolding to freezing. Two heaters upstairs don’t work. No welcome book of dos and don’ts.

It was very clean, highly accessible and great location. It was very warm inside which was great for this time of year. There was a partial sea view which was a nice surprise. Great parking and pool. The owner was very easily reached.

− The shower was very difficult to get a good temp, either really hot or really cold. Also if someone else used water whilst the shower was going the pressure reduced to a dribble. A drainer on the draining board would have been helpful, as would a welcome booklet advising us how to use things like the hot water.

− Very dated. Not cosy in the slightest. Ripped curtains, no internet. No hot tub.

Great for walks

− The accommodation was filthy and we had our weekend break ruined and cut short, A infestation of flies in bedroom , killing Flies was not my idea of a relaxing weekend, so me and my daughter and the dog packed up and went home Sunday.
