The villa is beautiful...and clean and well maintained. The host was flexible on arrival times which was good

− One of the bedrooms was not available on arrival, however this was quickly sorted out.

The internet was spotty. The television did not work with the wifi. There was too many stairs for a disabled person and the property should have signs up. In accurate location. Location could not be found easily. Access to the property-the roads were also bad. Property should have said, a bigger vehicle is needed given road conditions. Very little parking. Parking is near a cliff. Bathroom shower is leaking. Property was clean and appointed. Comfortable. Great view.

Needs better communication with visitors and the lack of basic amenities made a beautiful stay very frustrating.

The actual property was pretty but there was a lack of communication with the staff/owner about location and contact information during issues. As a result, it took us an hour to find the property, while also having tons of water issues overnight.

− We weren’t provided a contact information for local staff so when there was water issues and AC issues overnight we could not do anything! We had to wait until the following morning to wash hands, take a shower and flush toilets. It was very frustrating trying to figure this out.

This property is exactly as advertised, and has a great view of the Caribbean waters and some of the rest of the Grenadines. The owners of the place are also very kind, attentive, and quick to respond in case of any trouble or need for help regarding anything and everything. One thing to note is that this property can feel a little far from the main areas of Bequia found around the port. So it is good to keep in mind that a taxi may be required for use when staying at this wonderful house.

the property was beautiful, well kept, very clean and really lovely views of friendship bay. the hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly and we’d definitely stay here again!

− the location was much more remote than we realised which is no fault of the host and was made up for by the gorgeous views and scenery
