2.0Nightmare stay...or non stay! Finally arrived after driving along dirt roads for 30 mins trying to find the place. Google maps will take you to a deserted beach. Dragged suitcases 50 yards over rough pavers from gravel parking lot. No pillows in room, trash not emptied and greasy headboard on bed. Ok, its just a place to sleep for one night. 30 minutes later extreme loud music starts blasting. Find out they'd booked an 18th birthday party but didnt bother to message us beforehand to give us an opportunity to find alternative accommodation. Asked for a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay and was told by Rafael that wouldnt be an issue, just contacr Expedia only to find later that Expedia said they wouldn't allow a refund. Also charged an extra $40 for apparently a spa we never saw there. Avoid this place like the plague, unscrupulous, disorganized mess.
