10.0What a beautiful property, the room was lovely, we stayed in a suite and I would recommend it. The pool was beautiful & we had the most relaxing holiday .

A great stay, but some room for improvement
7.0Breakfast was fresh and excellent, coffee outstanding. The winery, pool and grounds are beautiful, with a great view of the Etna eruption. Wine tasting with the sommelier was a highlight: entertaining, informative, and included a tour of the property (book in advance). If you want a private, mostly self-sufficient stay, this place delivers.
− Communication needs work. Requests for the winery, meals, and dining fell through repeatedly, often with 1-2 hour delays or a flat “not possible” with no alternative offered. Our room was confirmed a month out, then reconfirmed 24 hours before arrival, but we were moved into a different room the morning of check-in. That room’s shower had visible black mould in the travertine tiles and ceiling from moisture buildup. We also noticed other guests staying in the room we’d originally booked. A breakfast bag was left outside our door overnight for an early hike, with no heads up, and was eaten by an animal by morning. Understandably not the fault of the staff, but some heads up would be appreciated. The pool was also a little cloudy and too cold as other reviews have stated, not a major issue.

10.0Questo resort immerso nei vigneti ci ha regalato due giorni di completo relax. Nonostante il cattivo tempo, mi sento rigenerata dal “dolce far niente”. È presente una piccola palestra, una piscina, una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna. È possibile anche prenotare dei massaggi. Non c’è un vero e proprio ristorante, ma abbiamo comunque cenato con la loro proposta di menù degustazione. La colazione abbondante accontenta tutti i gusti. Lo staff è accogliente, gentile, disponibile. Ci rivediamo presto!

− Malheureusement des voisins de chambres très bryants en rentrant tardivement ...qui se pensaient certainement seuls....alors 1h30 de repos en moins...seul bémol
