We will definitely stay at his hotel again when we visit relatives in Rhinelander.
9.0The breakfast was tasty and included a variety of foods. I have an allergy to soy/soybean oil and I appreciated that some of the foods available were soy free.
− We were satisfied. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the scenic outdoor area.

− Both lights in our bathroom didn’t work when we woke up in the morning. Not sure if we turned off a main room switch somewhere, but they wouldn’t turn on

− Pool floor was extremely slippery. Both of my kids fell twice and I slipped twice while just walking
Nice but overpriced.
7.0Cleanliness and secor.
− A lot of things out of order. For a property that is only about a year old, this should not be happening. One coffee machine, the pancake machine, etc. Very poor sound insulation. Something was seriously wrong with my shower door as it wouldn’t stay closed. One lady at front desk had a real snotty attitude.

Being unfamiliar with the territory I got lost twice wandering around Rhinelander.. hahaha
10.0The breakfast was very good, nice variety.. cinnamon rolls were excellent!! the facilities were beautiful.
− We had prepaid for our stay.. the young lady that checked us in , ran my card again for an additional $350 .. it was taken off at check out but it might be a training issue..
