− Poor service all around. We felt we have been cheated by this company. It was a total scam. It was nothing like what I saw when I booked this. Accommodation was completely different from what we saw on your website pictures. Bedroom, dining area and bathroom were all different and of lower quality. Food and service were both poor and of inferior quality. On your website it clearly says complimentary bottle of wine would be provided which never happened. When we complained at the end of the stay, staff informed us that we should contact the company we booked through. Moreover, we were not the only family who complained there were other people too who were upset and disappointed. We urge you to look into this matter and refund our money back for causing stress to me and my family. Thank you
