Perfect luxury all inclusive for families. 10/10 recommend!

The property is stunning and large and a perfect mix of family friendly and luxury. The staff is so friendly and the entire resort is just focused on making vacation easier for families. The food was good all around. The beach access was perfect. The service was excellent. Ambience was great. Our room was big and comfortable size for our family. Loved that we could rent a complimentary car and could explore the beautiful island too. We were so happy with this experience.

− Felt like the whole dinner reservation situation was a bit complicated and inconvenient. We had to make all of dinner reservations in advance which is fine but switching times or locations was a bit challenging. we’d end up at the buffet more times than we necessarily wanted bc the days would unfold unexpectedly with the kiddos and none of the restaurants could accommodate quick time changes or last minute reservations . The food was good and kids were happy with the buffet so it wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to see a little more flexibility there . still this wouldn’t negate me from returning - we really had the best time !

The hotel is modern, clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and polite, and the food was very good.

− One of the best things was the pool area with the DJ. It has a great atmosphere and we really enjoyed spending time there. The only downside is that the pools in this area are mainly for children. There is an adults-only pool next to it, but it is in a much less attractive location, so hardly anyone wants to stay there. Most of the pools and common areas are shared with families, so if you are looking for peace and a relaxing adults-only experience, this hotel may not be the best choice. Unfortunately, despite many positive things, our stay did not meet our expectations. We paid around €12,000 for a 5-night stay, and in our opinion the service was not worth this price. The biggest disappointment was the concierge service. We chose this hotel because it promised a personal concierge, but in reality we had to wait a long time for replies, and most of the time we were only told that things were unavailable. We wanted to rent a private boat, but we were simply told it wasn’t possible. No alternative was offered. The same happened with the spa. A massage was included in our package, but there were no available appointments. In the end, my partner only received a 25-minute massage, which is far below what we expected from a luxury hotel. We also had problems arranging airport transportation, even though we understood this service to be included. Overall, this is a nice hotel, but we don’t think it offers the level of service you would expect for this price. If the stay had cost much less, our opinion would probably be different. At this price, we expected much better organization, better availability of the included services, and a more helpful and proactive approach to guests.

Frühstück und Personal waren sehr gut, Aussicht auf Bucht toll, Putzfrau fröhlich und sehr aufmerksam, alles sehr sauber

− Pools waren klein und überfüllt, Essen war gut aber bei dem Preis müsste das besser sein, Rotwein nicht standesgemäss
