Overall, our stay was a pleasant one. The main advantage was the excellent location: right on the beachfront, literally a 30-second to 1-minute walk from the sea. The beach was quiet and practically empty, making our stay very comfortable. The house was clean and cozy. Our towels were changed halfway through our stay. I'd also like to highlight the excellent responsiveness of the staff: they responded quickly to all our inquiries and tried to help resolve any issues that arose.

− Key collection is not at the complex itself, but at a different location, so before checking in, you first have to find the key collection location and then drive to the villa—which wasn't very convenient. Before booking, we specifically inquired about the availability of a dishwasher, and they confirmed it was there. However, after checking in, it turned out there wasn't one. We informed the staff, and they promptly offered to move us to another villa, but since we had already stored all our belongings, we decided to stay. Also, the booking indicated occupancy for seven people, but there were only enough cutlery (spoons and forks) for six. The third bedroom is on the top floor, but it has no door, allowing you to hear everything going on in the house, slightly reducing comfort and privacy. We were only offered cleaning just before departure, so we were unable to use it. There were large dogs in the area around the villas. They were quiet and didn't bother anyone, but we felt uncomfortable walking our small dog, as we have a Yorkshire terrier. Also, during the first few days of our stay, we had trouble with noisy neighbors from the adjacent area. One night was very disruptive: around 5 a.m., a noisy group arrived and started playing loud music. We reported this to the complex, and the staff contacted them and tried to resolve the situation. However, the noise returned the following night, and the issue was finally resolved only after other neighbors called the police. However, I would like to point out that the owners of our villa were helpful and tried to resolve the issue.
