Nice and clean. Looks nice inside, everything work h well. Had one issue with heater, but they were right on it and took care of it quickly. Value for the money? Yes I would stay again

− I thought they were 52’ foot containers, they were the smaller size, but still nice and comfortable. Nothing to really say I did not like, it was all in good condition . I would recommend this as a nice place to stay

We liked having a code to unlock the door! The coffee was great! The room was very clean and comfortable! Plenty of hot water in the shower!

− We liked being within walking distance to the winery. It could have been better if a path was mowed a little shorter through the field to get there.

Located alongside a noisy 4 lane road. Bugs were crawling across bed, floor & walls.

Convenient to Johnson City & Luckenbach.

− Facilities were located right alongside a noisy four-lane road. The view out of the unit was not of a vineyard but rather of a number of RVs (not sure if it was storage or a dealership). There was a lot of road noise from the traffic w/trucks & motorcycles passing day & night. There were many bugs crawling in from the outside into the unit and onto the bed and walls, likely due to poor seals along the windows & doors. Had an ant walk across my hand while in bed. You could see the various insects coming in and walking along the floor and going up the walls & onto the bed. In the bathroom, there are no curtains over the window for privacy when using the bathroom or taking a shower. :/ When I first arrived I had questions regarding the code to get in and called the number provided and Steve was very quick and super friendly & helpful in answering my question. (It turns out the code is provided at the very end of your confirmation email, after a review of several attractions and restaurants in the area, so scroll down until you find the four digit code in your confirmation email). The bed was very comfortable and temperature could be adjusted. The unit was outfitted with all the items described online. It was convenient to Johnson City, the wine trail, Wildseed Flowers Farm and Luckenbach. Was looking for a different experience rather than staying in the usual hotel but would have rather had a clean hotel room and a quiet night's rest.
