9.0Alles wunderbar! Fussläufig zum Strand und Zentrum. Garten mit Grill super. Gerne wieder.
Ohne Auto geht's
7.0Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die einzelnen Zimmer sind geräumig. Insgesamt war es ruhig im Wohnviertel. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Zwei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zur Vermietungsfirma war freundlich und unkompliziert.
− Die Wohnung wird mit "Parkplatz inklusive" beworben, Parkplätze stehen an der Straße zur Verfügung und können nicht reserviert werden. Leider findet man in dem Wohnviertel nur nach langer Suche einen Parkplatz, was unsere Stimmung allabendlich trübte. In der Gegend gibt es auch nicht die Möglichkeit gegen Gebühr in einem Parkhaus oder auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz zu parken. Die Küche befindet sich zentral in der Wohnung und hat weder Fenster noch Abzug. Personen mit einer Körpergröße unter 170cm müssen auf einen Blick in den Spiegel verzichten. Leider war das Treppenhaus verdreckt und wirkte insgesamt heruntergelottert.
