10.0The whole apartment was clean. The elevator was perfect. The breeze you get on the 2 balconies was awesome.
Staying at this property made our holiday a relaxing one and I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again.
10.0This property was just like being at home, having a washing machine was a big plus too. The bathrooms upstairs are both en-suite and the rooms are very spacious.The location was perfect close to popular attractions and shops etc with 24 hour security.

10.0Great location, central to all shops in New Kingston, Cross Road and Sovereign Centre. Very quiet, clean and well kept apartment. Lennox was very helpful throughout our stay. The security team are also lovely, we felt secure.

4.0It was clean and spacious and fairly secure. We requested and received an off ground level apartment.
− Located in noise area. Not close to restaurants and shops neighborhood not conducive to walking. The balcony furniture broken or in very poor condition. External balcony door from kitchen Unlock able and the water pressure was always low to very low. Owner/agent needs to work on guest reception. Upon our arrival the security at the gate was confused about our arrival and the person with the key was not readily available. Apparently the agent outsourced the reception service, we were placed in the wrong apartment by the security at first, then had to move to the apartment reserved for us when the reception personnel arrived. We were on the 4th floor accessible only by steep narrow stairs. The building owners should consider installing an elevator. Lastly the name of the apartment did not appear on the entrance making it less than straightforward to find.
