Good sized home, close to light rail station - so we didn’t have to drive/park in Seattle.
7.0The house was roomy. There were enough bedrooms that each couple could have their own room.
− The house was pretty clean but there were a lot of renovation materials still around. The kitchen was not very well stocked (no grater, no mixer, no foil, no ziploc bags). The dryer was absolutely stuffed (maybe three loads worth) when we got there. We off-loaded, ran the dryer for longer, emptied and folded the sheets/towels.

− Er was aangegeven dat er airconditioning aanwezig was. Bij aankomst bleek er 2 mobiele units te zijn. Daarnaast was er geen baby bed aanwezig terwijl dit wel vantevoren is besproken

− A bit tricky to manage the heat as it seemed to come on automatically at 6:30 every morning which would wake us up.

Very good location and spacious house.
8.0Big house. Play room downstairs for the teenagers. Kitchen had basic condiments to prepare meals. Very quiet neighbourhood. Close to the train to go downtown.
− There is nothing that we did not like. A few things might have been useful. Tea towels to dry dishes. Matches to light BBQ. gas lighter was empty. We got a new one for the house.

NO PARTIES
In the past, we permitted small parties but guests have abused this privilege. They ignored Quiet Hours between 10PM-7AM. They stole or broke our furniture, decors, and personal belongings. As such, we no longer allow party on site.
We still welcome family and friend events, such as reunion, luncheon, etc. Please indicate your purpose for booking so we can preapprove your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
