8.0It was a very secluded location. The cottage was very nice and well stocked. It was a very friendly and family atmosphere. Very quiet at night.
− Beds were hard. Not very comfortable. An inexpensive memory foam mattress topper could do wonders. Not many bath towels and wash rags. Had a washer and dryer but who wants to wash and dry laundry every other day when on vacation. There should be at least enough towels and wash rags for every one in the party to shower once a day. You have to disclose the number of people who will be staying so provide a towel for them for each day. Lighting was poor in living room and master bedroom. Bulbs blown in bedroom and remote control didn't work for light on ceiling fan or to change speeds on fan. Barbecue grill was horrendous. I wouldn't dare cook on it. This wasn't a problem for me as I didn't have a need for it. But the next guy might. Reynolds wrap doesn't make enough foil to make that grill safe for cooking food for human consumption or not even for a dog with a weak stomach.
For the price and how lovely it was, you cannot beat it anywhere on the gulf.
10.0The property and beach house was beautiful and felt like a second home
− My only complaint (nothing major) was the AC struggled to keep up with the heat during a sunny day. Set to 68, was 76 max inside. But it was manageable.

8.0− The front door glass was dirty, and a coffee ring on the counter beside the coffee pot, and the island was a little dirty.
