7.0The location and space. 3 bedroom good for a family.
− I dont like the parking lot. Very difficult to go up and down to 7th floor everytime. Should have provided drinking water filter/dispenser. Or at least bottles of mineral water.
I love the one facing the sea better
9.0I like the place as it's nearby Georgetown and very easy to drive around
− Probably we need a water filter or mineral water to drink. Will be difficult if we have children and need water to drink. The kettle is there, but it will take time for the water to cool down.
