The Key box was broken and #I could not get hold of anyone for ages. I ended uop having to book a hotel. The next day there was poor communication but at 8pm they finally installed a new key box. I was very annoying and frustrated. The apartment itself was fine.

Nightmare gaining entry to building

5.0

We needed somewhere to stay close to the John Charles Leisure Centre for an Octopush tournament starting early on the Saturday morning for myself and our 3 young Granddaughters. The location was just right for that, the beds were comfy and the flat was clean.

When we arrived quiet late (10.30pm) after travelling up from Bracknell, the key wouldn't open the security door to get us into the block. Fortunately, a lady was opening the door to collect something from Uber Eats and let us in. Then to our disappoint we had to climb the stairs 4 floors with all our bags as there was no lift, when your in your late very late 60's with 3 young girls it was no joke. If I had read this I wouldn't have book this accommodation. The next morning I was dropped off to the centre for the start on my games, but on the return of the rest of my party again they couldn't get in with the key, this. I rang the host for advise but they never picked up my call and they never called me back at all during our stay, after receiving an email stating they where contactable this was very disappointing. This time a man was leaving the flats and so entry was available, the same thing happened later that evening when we were returning from the centre. This whole getting in the block experience was a nightmare, also with the fact that there is very limited places to eat nearby leads me to say that if we need to come to Leeds again I wouldn't book to stay in the flat again.

Pleasant stay

8.0

Was a pleasant stay and very close to family in the area we where visiting. Flat was relatively clean and met our needs well. A bit pricey for what it was would stay again if price was right. On site parking was a massive bonus.

The main door for the building lock jammed on our second night no matter what I did, despite advice to lift lock and not put Key in fully, with 3 children in tow it was not ideal however maintenance guy came within half an hour and no further issues with the door the rest of the stay.

Excellent comfortable place.

10.0

Lovely quiet place with a nice little balcony. The beds are super comfortable and the place well laid out. We did our pots daily only to discover the dishwasher (right in front of us,we are clearly blind) on our last evening. The couch... Oh that couch. Impossibly comfortable. We didnt use the TVs so I can't say much about them but there was plenty of them. Internet worked great. Asda just up the road with an Aldi, b&m, Costa, McDonald's and subway. Due to the nature of our break and heading into town for a convention every day I can't say what the place is like during the day but it's an excellent place to stay of you wish to explore Leeds and find a place to rest in quiet on an evening.

One thing I didn't like was the noise when the hot water is running. Most wouldn't mind it, those who get migraines might have trouble tuning it out.
