Strong urine smell throughout the entire caravan that did not improve even after leaving the windows open for hours. The
1.0− We stayed at this caravan over the weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong urine smell throughout the caravan. It wasn’t limited to one area—it was noticeable everywhere inside and made the stay extremely unpleasant. We left the windows open for hours in the hope that airing it out would help, but the smell never went away. It was so bad that we struggled to sleep. I contacted the owner during our stay to report the issue, but received no response, which was equally disappointing. A clean and odour-free accommodation is a basic expectation. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property unless the cleanliness issues are properly addressed and communication with guests improves.
