7.0Het appartement was heerlijk groot.
− In de vriezer lag maandverband (weliswaar niet gebruikt, maar wel uit verpakking en door de schoonmaak niet gezien). Er zijn 2 planken in de vlonder in de achtertuin die verrot zijn. Ook de ligstoelen zijn aan vervanging toe.

7.0Resort locatie is perfect - gated community, veilig gevoel. Appartement is comfortabel voor 2 personen. Een kleine supermarkt op 200mtr. voorziet in alles. Prima plek voor tripjes aan de Franse kant (aanrader) als de NL kant. Goede restaurants op loopafstand.
− Meubilair ziet er op de afbeelding mooi uit. Sommige dingen zijn van bouwmarkt kwaliteit en dat doet afbreuk aan het mooie geheel. Keuken en badkamer zijn erg mooi en de algemene indruk is prima.
Quelque chose dans l’air de St Martin rend complètement accro.

Nous aimons toujours Saint-Martin, c’est notre endroit préféré. Hâte de retourner passer un séjour dans l’île- merci !!
9.0La situation de l’emplacement, la proximité de tout, aux alentours. La piscine qui est très bien entretenue. La tranquillité du voisinage. La décoration du logement.
− Pourrait avoir un peu plus d’équipements de base. Très peu d’équipement de cuisine. Mais ceux qui étaient là, étaient de bonne qualité. Et surtout l’inconfort du sofa de salon. De vrais fauteuils seraient vraiment appréciés.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
