− Los controles de los televisores no suben volumen o no se si se deja pagar por separado y te ves obligado a consumir bebidas alcohólicas en su bar por que no permiten introducir las mismas

− Después de mi horario de check out decidí bajar a la alberca ( pedí permiso para bajar y consumir en el área de snack), rato después se me acercaron los de seguridad y me pidieron que me retirará sin importar que aún no terminaba mi consumo, intenté hablar con recepción y creo un directivo y pésimo el trato. Buen hotel pero con esos detalles que hacen que la experiencia se vaya al suelo
