5.0The location was great. Lounge and kitchen were all wonderfull.
− The host was sp arrogant. Kept insisting the boiler was working and would not talk to me over the phone and not send an engineer to look at it till next day in the afternoon only after I asked booking.com to entervene. Main bedroom double bed was too small for 2 people. Toes kept hitting on to the metal legs of bed. The small bedroom with bunk bed not suitable to sleep two people. Would suit a single bed and that sleeps one as there is not enough air. I would not book the place again. Very poor customer service experience.

Overall really good a definite 9.5 out of ten.
10.0The property was spot on for location and size. Couldn’t turn off the heating, which in Scotland in April you would think you would need. Opened a few windows and got good old fresh air. The property overall was clean just let down by cobwebs in the dining area. Personally could have done with an iron and board as we were working at the race course and could have done with freshening up shirts etc. I had the double room and found the bed a little hard for my old bones.
− It’s perfect for what we need. I am about to book it again for June.
