La prossima volta cambieremo struttura.
1.0− La macchina del caffè non funzionava nonostante la richiesta di assistenza e spiegazioni. L’acqua calda ha impiegato parecchio ad arrivare. Phon assente nonostante la mia richiesta insistente. Staff che dice che il phon si sarebbe dovuto trovare in bagno ma non era così. Struttura poco pulita. L’anno prima ci eravamo trovati decisamente meglio, forse è cambiato qualcosa.
